We are proud to unveil a brand new Axis News experience!  With this improved user interface, all the templates that have already been uploaded are automatically available with no migration. There are many reasons for your organization to move to the updated Axis News, but here are a few of the most important:

New User Interface - and no more Flash. We have completely re-written the user interface in HTML5 for use in all compatible browsers.  No longer do you need to worry about having to alter browser permissions to use Axis News. This conversion has also given us new features, such as being able to drag images beyond the extent of the canvas and being able to quickly scale content with the mouse scroll wheel.

Most Recent Content at your Fingertips - the most recent images and composites created by your colleagues are at the top of the screen upon login - so automatically the breaking news images and graphics within your organization and in the third party provider you use (AP Graphics or MGN) are available without having to search.  It makes keeping on top of breaking news even easier!

Multiple User-Friendly Features like being able to see all available types and templates at all times, making template selection even easier; a larger canvas to work with, allowing for clearer previews of content and easier use for monitor-wall templates; more options to change background image visibility in the preview canvas and in the final image; and more flexible bullet text input for bullet graphics.

There are lots of reasons to move forward to the newest version of Axis News - if you’re ready to take the plunge, please get in touch with your account executive to update your organization and take advantage of these improvements!
